4.0 Bullish engulfing pattern explained

The bullish engulfing pattern is reversal patterns that seems on the bottom of a down-pattern and includes of two candles – the first, prior black candle and the 2nd, larger white candle. in order for this two-candle formation to qualify as a Bullish engulfing pattern, the 2nd white candle has to engulf the body of the primary, prior black candle. The black candle can also be in any structure, so long as it is engulfed by means of the white candle. It does no longer matter if the white candle does now not engulf the shadows/wicks of the black candle. it’s only the physique that needs to be engulfed.
